Installing Microsoft SQL Server Express

You can install any version of Microsoft® SQL Server® Express Edition you prefer - you are not allowed to install any other version (eg. Workgroup, Web or Standard) of Microsoft® SQL Server®. This is a due to licensing rules of your virtual server (VPS) operating system.

As part of the ordering process, we offer to install the following versions of Microsoft® SQL Server® Express Edition:

• Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Express with Tools
• Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Express with Advanced Services
• Microsoft SQL Server 2022 Express with Tools
• Microsoft SQL Server 2022 Express Express with Advanced Services
