Termination of VPS

If you decide to terminate your virtual server (VPS), please contact support and request the deletion / termination.

All terminations must be in writing, and will be confirmed in writing. M media Ltd. will not refund payment for virtual server (VPS), if the termination of the product takes place in the middle of a period.

Note: We willl verify your termination by writing to one of the approved E-mail addresses in our system, which include E-mail addresses specified when ordering your virtual server (VPS), or addresses which are authorized to receive technical information about your VPS.
