Setting up reverse DNS

Reverse DNS, or rDNS as it is also called, is used when you want to run your own mail server on your VPS. To use reverse DNS, you must have at least one configured domain that is setup to point to your VPS.

Contact support and tell us the domain (hostname) you wish to use as reverse DNS. As stated above, the domain must be active and configured to point to the IP address of your VPS.

Note: It can take up to 24 hours before the change of reverse DNS is active.
